Where is pick-up location for the party kit?
South Hobart - address will be provided once booking is confirmed by payment of hire fee and bond.
Are the party kit items cleaned between uses?
Yes - all items that children handle/touch are thoroughly cleaned between uses. Cups and plates are double washed in a sink dedicated for this purpose only, with hot water and detergent and rinsed with hot water.
Can I take the party kit to a hired venue?
Yes - as long as you abide by the Terms and Conditions (including those specific to each party kit) they can be used at an hired venue.
How is a booking of the party kit made?
Complete a 'Contact form' with the date you wish to book which kit. An email will be sent to you advising of kit availability for that date. Booking will be confirmed once payment for the kit is received. Address for collection will be provided once payment of bond is received, which must be at least 7 days before the party date.
How soon after the party does the kit have to be returned?
